Anankie offers free shipping all over Pakistan, for orders value PKR 2500 or above. PKR 200 delivery charges will be applied all over Pakistan, for order value under PKR 2500.

Only cash on delivery (COD) is available on Anankie at the moment.

Do You Ship Internationally?

No, international orders are currently not entertained.

How do I place an Order?

You can easily place an order by adding the article of your choice in the cart and checking out by adding your address and details.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest on Anankie. An account is not a requirement for order placement.

How Can I Return a Product?

Anankie accepts no refunds and no returns. You can exchange an article if it is of the wrong size or defective.

Exchange can be done within 7 days of purchase; subject to availability of stock and proof of purchase.

How do I cancel an Order?

Online orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, please email us or call/text us on 0092-321-8669395 for order cancellation.

Once the order has been processed you will receive an email for confirmation, after which the order cannot be canceled. However, the exchange policy will be applicable.

Anankie reserves the right to cancel the order if;
